Earning & Heavy Load Compensation:
• Standard deliveries (<25kg): Flat base delivery earnings.
• Heavy loads (25kg or higher): You receive an extra ₹50.00 heavy-effort surcharge (Total delivery fee = ₹80.00).
1. Original Store Receipts
Runners must obtain and photograph authentic store receipts for all purchased items. Inflating item prices or uploading forged receipts results in instant termination and account suspension.
2. Floating Balance & Cash Settlement
Cash collected upon delivery must be deposited/settled according to administrative instructions. Exceeding assigned float limits restricts further deliveries.
3. Delivery PIN Verification
Deliveries are strictly completed only after verifying the 4-digit secret delivery PIN given by the customer. Completing orders without a PIN is considered a violation.
4. Live GPS & Active Duty
While Online, you must allow real-time background GPS tracking so dispatch and customers can monitor your delivery route.
5. Vehicle & Legal Compliance
You confirm all submitted documents (DL, RC, ID Proof) are authentic and up to date, and you adhere to regional traffic regulations (including helmet wear).
